At Modulus we have professionally qualified structural engineering staff that can carry out the structural design for your building, whether it is a new building or alterations to an existing building. We are experienced in working with architects, builders and homeowners to produce designs that are cost-effective and practical. We have also have relationships with building surveyors to support their clients with further inspection of buildings and producing structural inspections and reports.

Our residential services range from initial discussions to determine the feasibility of a project, through to the final design including the production of calculations and drawings. All our drawings, specifications, calculations and reports will be issued via email as soon as they are completed.

With offices in Basingstoke and London, Modulus' residential clients are predominantly located in the South on the M3 corridor but we have also taken on projects across the UK and internationally.
